Another new arrival notice. This one is the Charlie 1 Horse Night Rider. It’s a black straw cowboy hat with a 3 1/2″ brim. We decided to stock this at a customer request. I didn’t order a lot of them but just in the last few days since it arrived we have already sold half the hats we got.

This is a perfect example of a customer who kept asking for a particular hat and now we’ll stock it because it has quickly turned into a good seller.
Keep the requests coming,
Aaron

It’s hard to believe tomorrow is already August first. It seems that I was looking forward to summer for so long and now we’re nearing the end of summer and the kids will be going back to school soon. On the good side, this means we’re starting to receive the first of our fall and winter hats.
Last year, we decided to not stock women’s hats by Lillie & Cohoe and opted for a more well known brand. What a mistake that was! I’m very happy to report that Lillie & Cohoe is back at Aaron Hats. If you’re not familiar with the brand, they are a woman owned company designing women’s hats by women. We have two deliveries scheduled for the fall/winter season. The first is on it’s way from Canada and should arrive in the next one to two weeks. The second will be arriving towards the end of September.
Take a peek at a couple samples:

If you’re one who enjoys a quality hat you’ll want to pick up a Lillie & Cohoe today.

We just got in some new arrivals for you. All great for golf or any occasion really. First is the Stetson Glencoe in twisted seagrass. Next is a great looking Ivy cap made in Italy, the Cavanagh Prego. Finally, something that both men and women can wear, the Dobbs Grifter.
We should be getting one more shipment of new hats for women then that will be it for the summer hats. Then before you know it we’ll be getting our fall and winter hats.
Get a hat on,
Aaron

Arrived just today is the new Stetson Tehachapi Loop fedora. I have to admit that I wasn’t immediately crazy about this hat but now that I’ve tried it on and been admiring it for a couple hours I really like it. If somebody doesn’t buy the 7 1/2 I might have to take it for myself. This hat is really about the details…check out the embroidered lining and the great ribbon used. I think you’ll agree it’s a sharp fedora.

Get a Stetson on,
Aaron

In celebration of Independence Day we’re having a sale! Between now and Sunday, July 6, 2008 you can get 15% off your order by using the coupon code “JulyBlog”. This coupon is good for in-stock inventory and not on special orders. Although we’re in the midst of summer this would be a great opportunity to save some money on a new fedora like the Stetson Temple or the Stetson Nostalgia shown here:

Have a safe and happy July 4th holiday weekend.

This popular raffia women’s hat was out of stock but is now back in stock. The Heather by Scala has a nice wide brim for plenty of sun protection and it also has a leather chin cord so you don’t have to worry about it flying away in the wind.

Scoop them up while you can.

I’ve just added all hat flanges I have to our Accessories page. They’re all in good condition and most are for fedora styles but a couple lean toward the western/outback styling.

Spread the word.
