From time to time I get phone calls from potential customers calling that say “I’m just calling to make sure you’re real.”. In this day and age of high tech fraud people are becoming more cautious about who they do business with online. Aaron Hats is real and has a physical retail store location in North Conway, New Hampshire. Most everything you see on our web site is in the store and can be touched and tried on if you come to the store. So many online stores today are simply somebody working out of their home and they never touch a product or have never even seen the products they’re selling. What a shame that is.

Recently, I had the pleasure meeting Mr. Grossman, the president of Betmar Hats. Mr. Grossman took the time out of his schedule to come from New York to see our store. We spent a few hours talking about the headwear industry and our operation. I’m happy to say that he was so impressed with our store that he committed to doing whatever he could to help us sell more hats.
